◇ Safety instruction:
a. Non-professional can not take it apart optionally to avoid getting electricity or mistaking to connect.
b. It is supposed to suspend and support work platform to avoid falling in sudden and causing damage when examine the bottom.
c. It is not allowed to adjust overflow valve optionally. Each component of hydraulic system works in certain pressure, or this system will run abnormally and will cause unnecessary damage.
d. It is supposed to be pressed in any position of hydraulic system to avoid oil ejecting and worktable falling in sudden.
◇ Monthly maintenance:
a. Whether trolley, middle bearing, bearing, shaft of oil cylinder and arm shaft are worn or not.
b. Add some lubrication on every part to delay its service life.
c. Oil quality and oil level. In the position hydraulic surface is 40-50mm higher than bottom, if hydraulic oil turns dark, adhesive or other impurity, change a new one immediately. (32#)
◇ Year-end maintenance:
a. Examine all hydraulic pipeline and joint. Pipeline can not be damaged and joint can not be loose.
b. Offload and take apart descending valve; blow stopple with compressed air; and then fix it again.
c. Discharge hydraulic oil; tighten joint and take out oil filter; wash it with compressed air; and then put into oil box, connect pipeline.(Change new oil or active parts will be worn quickly.)
◇ After service
Strictly follow in national quality standard, carry out “Three-assurance” policy:
ⅠExchange within one week
a. Received product does not conform ordered requirement, can not be used in normal;
b. Can not be used in normal and can not be repaired;
Ⅱ Free of change within one month
a.
Model of received product does not conform that of ordered one;
b.
Be damaged in the course of delivery and can not be repaired.
Ⅲ Free of maintenance within one year
Since delivered, it is free of maintenance in the condition of normal use (Improper use and other man-made reasons are not included.) within one year.

1. Model of received product does not conform or that of ordered one.
2. Received product does not conform some requirement in order, can not be used in normal.
3. Can not be used in normal and can not be repaired.
4. Be damaged in the course of delivery and can not be repaired.
◇Free of maintenanc
Since delivered, it is free of maintenance in the condition of normal use (Improper use and other man-made reasons are not included.) within one year.
◇Maintenanc
Suzhou Meiluo Elevator Co.,Ltd provides life door-to-door maintenance and par fittings.
◇Insurance
All “Tiantang” products of Suzhou Meiluo Elevator Co.,Ltd are insured by PICC.
